Rent just the main villa, just one of the cottages, or everything, and bring your entire clan – there's room for everyone and privacy, too.

From the pool deck you can watch cruise ships ply the Caribbean from the distant horizon toward Philipsburg, the Dutch capital, a few miles to the south. Watch surfers enjoy the light waves at Burgeaux Bay. Or take in one of those unforgettable Caribbean sunsets as you sip your favorite beverage beside the pool.

We request that our villas be non smoking at all inside the villa. This is for the comfort of the next guest and the owner.

It can be rented fully as a 3-,4 or 5 bedroom villa or separately as just the main house for one to 6 people using the three bedrooms in the main house. The main house has the exclusive use of the large outdoor dining and living area and patio entrance Rates depend on the number of bedrooms used.

Or you can rent just one of the _TWO _outside studios which has it's own entrance, mini kitchen, bath and private patio facing the sea. The studios share the 100 foot pool deck and pool with the other occupants of the villa if they are rented. Everyone has use of the pool and deck.

Studio rates begin at $800 per week for low season.
